If you have one of these insurance plans, you cannot participate in the direct primary care model at Renew Family Medicine. Instead of a membership, we are contractually obligated to send claims to your insurance for ALL primary care services, and you will be subject to any copays, deductibles, or costs as determined by Cigna, PacificSource, or Medicare.***
Our Services
Preventive Care
Annual wellness visits, gynecological exams, pap smears, cancer screenings and disease prevention
Immediate Care
We reserve time in our schedule to accommodate for same day or next day immediate care visits
Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT)
We utilize OMT when applicable to alleviate pain, improve lymphatic flow, improve muscle/joint movement
Management of Chronic Conditions
Asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, depression, anxiety, weight management, etc
Minor Procedures
Incision and drainage (I&D) of abscess/cysts, laceration repair, skin tag removal, skin biopsies, Nexplanon insertion/removal, etc
Care Coordination
We can refer to and collaborate care with specialists when patients require specialty care
