Short wait times

• All efforts will be made to arrange for same day or next day appointments. We block out time in our schedule to accommodate for acute or urgent visits.

• New patient Establish Care Visits will be scheduled within 1-2 weeks, compared to a 1-3 month wait to establish at a traditional primary care office.

 

Longer, attentive visits 

• Depending on the complexity, visits will be 30-60 mins long, with the option to extend longer if medically needed.

• Initial Establish Care visits are 60 mins long.

 

Price transparency 

• No surprise bills, no co-pays, no deductibles, and no hidden fees associated with your primary care visits. 

• We partner with select labs and pharmacies for clear, upfront pricing

 

Affordability 

• For less than the price of a Starbucks coffee per day, or less than the cost of a monthly cell phone bill, you have a primary care physician who can take care of the majority of your health needs, who can advocate for you and help you navigate the system. 

• We work to find lower prices for medications, lab tests and imaging to reduce your health care costs

 

Accessibility

• Office visits, video visits, phone calls, or messaging - multiple ways to connect with your physician to receive medical advice. Home visits are available if deemed appropriate by both patient and physician. 

• Access to your physician all day, every day for urgent medical issues (we do not use call center nurses). For non-urgent matters, we will get back to you within 1-2 business days, or sooner.

• You will get a call back from your physician. Gone are the days of having to tell your story to several people only to get a relayed message in return!

 

All visits included

• Have you ever delayed or avoided seeing your physician because you could not afford the cost of each visit or co-pay? Now you can see your primary care physician as often as medically needed. Your Renew Family Medicine membership covers all primary care visits and minor procedures that can be performed in our office, by phone or video (home visits are available at an additional cost).
